Today was a breeze

Today was one of those days where I felt like I was cheating. The kids were in love with each other, everyone slept, no yelling, beautiful! Jack slept in until ten this morning and I was able to get some good knitting time in!

Then we piled in the car wearing our slippers, and headed for the local bagel place for lunch. We went through the drive through, sat in the car, ate and played " I spy"
It feels good to leave the house every once in a while.
While Anna and Jack took a very long nap, I was able to visit with Meagan and Ava, her three week old baby. So wonderful....my uterus is still singing........

I also got to make this dress for Anna while Frank played with the kids tonight. I love this fabric. My sister in law Genevieve picked some up from Joanne's. As soon as I saw it, I had to go get some. I am also making something for the boys. I can't leave them out!

Frank asked me out on a date. Kids in bed, my favorite P.J.'s and Thai food while we watch the tree lighting...

I feel like a queen....

It is nice to have days like that and it is what helps us through "those other kind" of days! Cute dress!

Oh, Katie-is little Jack really standing up?! He looks so big in his overalls!

Please don't be anxious about the fair! It will be loads of fun and the best part is we get to spend the whole day together!!

See you tomorrow at Wild Oats!

Sounds like a perfectly lovely day, they don't come along so frequently, how nice you were able to savor it!
