This time of year berries are so expensive, so we decided to make pineapple jelly, using organic pineapple juice. It is so yummy, and will get eaten up very quickly I am sure.
I use Blue Ribbon Preserves for all my jams and jellies. It has so many great recipes from onion jelly, to maple syrup jelly.
Next on my list is pepper jelly. It is so good with crackers and cream cheese. There also some great recipes for pie filling that will make great gifts!
Oh boy, suddenly I am very hungry!
