Today we made one of the no bake recipes...
Peanut butter bars. They are so good. I love them. Reeses cups, eat your heart out. Sometimes it is just worth it to indulge on a Thursday night.
1 1/2 sticks butter softened
2 c. powdered sugar, divided
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
12- ounce package of chocolate mini morsels, divided
Grease 9x13 pan
Beat 1 1/4 cups peanut butter in large mixing bowl until creamy.
Gradually beat in 1 c. powdered sugar
Work in remaining sugar, graham crackers and 1/2 c. morsels. Press evenly into prepared pan.
Melt remaining peanut butter and morsels in pan, on low heat stirring constantly, spread over crust, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
