I am loving it so much. My side kick, my biggest fan, my only daughter. I know this stage of being in love with mama won't last long. I know when she is fourteen, she will have different feelings, and I will just want to scoop her up in my arms, smell her sweetness, kiss her cheeks, and keep her safe.
But for now, I will take all that I can get, and maybe every once in a while she will think I am still pretty cool.

ooh those look so warm! I wish I could knit!
Enjoy this time with your little one and yes, when she is 14 you won't be quite so cool but the closer they get to adult hood you regain your cool status again ~ it always comes full circle.
These are so cute and fuzzy looking!
what a sweet post! I can't believe I am actually going to say this, but your leg warmers are so cute! (I still can't believe that they have come back....)
how fun to enjoy your daughter...my little one is a bit away from that phase, but I am looking forward to it. (I have 2 boys and one girl, don't you also?)
This post is fabulous for two reasons. First, you made and are wearing leg warmers which I adore and find that they also warm the soul. Second your time with your daughter sounds absolutely blissful. I have always dreamed of having a daughter to do those girly things with and God blessed me with twin girls. I couldn't be happier but sometimes I wonder if I will be as close with them because they have each other. I really hope we have a bond like yours!
Way to fun! I totally need to make some of those for my little dancer. Thanks for being inspirational on the mother/daughter front.
Oh yes, enjoy this special time with her! It's hard to snuggle a teenager - I have one!
Very cool leg warmers. They look so fuzzy and comfy!
Manuela
Those are just adorable - the toes and the leg warmers!
