We decided on something springy.
Just take your favorite cupcake recipe, and your favorite frosting recipe, and top with toasted coconut and a few of those mini cadbury eggs, and you have some bird's nest cupcakes.
While we were making these, I had to reassure Addison, more than once, that nothing was going to hatch out of these. I had to give in and let him and Anna try one, just to prove it was a chocolate egg, not a real egg. I did join them, and I must say, it sure beat trying to hide in the pantry and throw a handful in my mouth!
