W.I.P.'s

I have a lot of projects going on here. I am almost done with the front of Anna's pinafore. I think I can get it done today, and cast on the back.

This weekend I was able to get a start on the kids Spring outfits for their Easter baskets. We aren't going to do a lot of candy this year. I made them each a bunny, and they are going to get a new outfit instead. I got Jack's shirt, and overalls done, as well as Addison's pants. I just need to add some snaps. I know these look pink in the picture, but they are more red. I was just going to make each of the kids a pair of linen pants. Then I decided to make Anna a linen dress instead, with a matching bonnet. I went to the fabric store this winter and they had seersucker on sale for 50% off and I fell in love with it, so I got that instead of the linen. Of course the shirting fabric had to catch my eye, and before I knew it shirts for the boys were added to the list. The list that only grows, never shrinks.

A couple of pieces for the shop. I have not listed anything yet, but I did get it set up.

And the dreaded work in progress....the laundry. I love to clean, hate the laundry. Hate it.

I am sure it will still be in the same place tomorrow. Oh well.

wow super knitter! I am impressed. I love that little pinafore. sooo cute.

Don't worry. I have laundry all over the place. And it's not even folded neatly like yours!

Is that dirty laundry? It looks very tidy! I don't iron much so I don't mind laundry at all. I just need to through it in the washer, then the dryer and voila! it's done ;-)
Love the little pinafore, it's looking so cute.

Is there a place for folded laundry besides baskets? I just use the dressers as tables to hold the pretties...

Love the projects!
At least your laundry is folded! Mines on the laundry room floor- clean and waiting for me to put it away! It too will most likely still be there tomorrow!

wow, Beautiful clothes you have made, again! I want to make some clothes for my girls, I have so many ideas but as I am a beginner in sewing clothes it is so hard to get started...

I knew we had a lot in common. I will not show you the 3 baskets of clean laundry I have in my room. I don't necessarily hate to DO the laundry. I just really hate to put it away!

Love the pinafore and the jewelry. I can't wait to see your shop!

Stunning, as always! (And I'm not talking about the laundry! My living room sofa is nicknamed "The Laundry Transfer Station" because clean, unfolded clothes have happened to sit there for awhile..........)

That pinnifore is looking gorgeous!!! I love the colour yarn that you've chosen... I love seersucker material, it's so lovely to sew with. I was thinking a little easter plant for the princess this year instead of all of the candy. We could plant it in the garden and maybe start a new tradition... Keep up the great work, you're such an inspiration.
