Ah, we LOVE the 4th of July!
Oh, I love this pattern. I used Malabrigo in pale khaki, two and a half hanks. This is the first time I have knit with this yarn, and I made longer sleeves because I loved working with it so much. So soft!
I made a few mods to this. I cast on about half the number of stitches for the neck line then the pattern called for, and did a 2x2 rib, instead of the 1x1 rib.
I am thinking about one on green, but for now I am working on another summer knit.

You are good - I need to live right next to you, and you could teach me to knit like this. And you are fast - the color is gorgeous!

Wow! That's beautiful!
Goodness, you are a knitting machine!! Another very cute top!!
I love this one - especially the rib on the waist band. I can't believe how fast you knit!
that is super cute, katie! i really like the fit.
It's gorgeous, and once again you are making want to buy more yarn and patterns. :)
love it, love it, love it.
gorgeous! After you posted your first one, I bought this pattern. Once I finish my cami, I plan to move on to this. I can't wait!
Unbelievably gorgeous. I think the longer sleeves was a brilliant modification!
it's so fabulous and it fits you so well. you must really love the portability of knitting for the summer. I have been trying to get some quilting done but I am a bit sick of always being on the machine, you know?
That is CUTE!! Where did you get the pattern? I'm an advanced beginner - do you think I could do that?
Awesome job!
It just doesn't seem natural to be so gifted. j/k. It's beautiful!
WOW you've done it again - very cute cardi. I'm still in shock that you've been knitting for less than a year. Your a natural.

And once again, an elegant but relaxed sweater in a gorgeous color!! I love it!
That is so cute! Bet you'll wear it all the time too. Nothing like a useful knit. Love it!
Excited to see your Marigold too.
Man you are a fast knitter!

I am so jealous. Of where you live and the fact that you knit so well. I need to take a class...
