I am pleased with the results. I love my new jacket. It has not left me since I finished blocking it.
The yarn is so delicious. It knits up fast, and is so soft after blocking. I thought it might be a bit itchy, but feels like cotton on bare my skin.
The Details:
Pattern: Debbie Bliss Drop Collar Jacket from the Debbie Bliss Knitting Magazine Fall/Winter 08
Size: 36, I do think it runs a little big. If I had to do it over, I would do a size smaller.
Yarn: Debbie Bliss Donegal Chunky Tweed, color 112, 9 skeins.
The color I used has been discontinued, but it is still available. I am also smitten with the forest green! I ran out of yarn, so make sure you buy one extra skein.
Happy, happy Friday!

It looks fantastic, a wonderful Fall jacket. Wear it and sigh with pleasure!
It looks fabulous! I love how it doesn't look very form-fitting - you could easily layer it over more clothes if needed. The color looks great on you too - great job!
