Make it Personal

Monograms. Don't you just love them? I know I do. They add such a special personal touch, especially in your home.

I can't tell you how happy I was when my best friend, Christi, presented me with this very special monogram, on a beautiful plate, that she made, and can be purchased in her shop, Genevieve's.

She even makes them for outdoors. This is just what our front door needed. It comes complete with hooks, so there is no drilling, and they won't leave holes in your siding.

The perfect gift, don't you think? Simple, beautiful, something everyone needs, and it is hand made!

If you are ever in the Ballstonspa, N.Y. area, you must stop at Genevieve's and look. You won't leave empty handed. You can see some great pictures here.

The good news is you can order one on line by contacting her through her website.

I think you front door needs one!

I love the plate outside, and your red siding is gorgeous. And the screen door too!
I wonder if the hooks would work on a brick house too.

I've always loved monograms but thought that they were too fancy for me. Not anymore, I'm going to embrace them like you've done. I love how you've used it in and on your house!
