I left out something very important in my last post about the jelly. You must make sure that you process your jars, after your jelly is made.
Process half pints jars in a 200 degree water bath (water must be covering the jars )for 10 minutes. Half pint jars for 15 minutes.
I have to admit I have never done this, but I will now. After Melissa asked me how long to process them, I did some research on the internet.
This is a very important part of the process!
