What you don't see in these pictures are lots of little fingers trying to get at this. Taking a picture of a pan of dip was harder than I thought it would be.
I made it the day before because it is even better if it sits over night.
1 can of refried beans
Guacamole (you can make your own, or buy the kind in the deli section)
Sour cream- about half a tub
Fresh Salsa -1 container
Grated cheddar cheese- about two cups
Olives- 2 small cans
1 bunch of scallions
Just layer all ingredients starting with the beans, ending with the scallions in a 9x13 baking pan. Serve with corn chips.
One question though, are you a dipper or a scooper?
