Twirling.

Starry nights,
Fireflies,
Summer Breezes,
Falling Leaves,
Snowdrifts.

The Sound of Little Feet,
Boots lined up at the Door,
A Sleepy Dog,
Waving Good-Bye,
Hugging Hello.





The Smell of Hydrangea,
Blowing Dandelions,
Hot Cider,
Cold Lemonade,
Icy Popsicles,
Warm Cookies,
Saturday Night Pizza.





Morning Coffee,
Late Night Wine,
Halloween Costumes,
Watching Bike Races,
Dancing,
Laughing.





Nervous Teenage Boys,
Holding Hands,
First Kisses,
Graduation Parties,
Family Pictures.






Knitting,
Daydreaming,
Reading,
Catching Raindrops,
Relaxing.



Waiting,
Visiting With Friends,
Shaking Hands,
Straightening Anna's Veil,
Rocking my Grandchildren.


So, If you need me, I will be here.


For the rest of my life.....

Your porch is so lovely. Ours is just plain old concrete and I am so jealous of your wood! We live on our porches in the fall and spring...Florida summers are just way to hot for outside activity if you're not swimming! ;)
