I originally thought Jack would get it. He doesn't seem to mind my knits, and is too young to care a lot about what he wears.
Can you believe that the same boy who would not wear anything hand knit for the longest time, is wearing this today AT SCHOOL?! He has worn it everyday since it Friday. That makes me very, very happy.
This was one of those patterns I could not put down because I wanted to see what it was going to look like. It is brilliant!
Pattern: Pikkuveli
Yarn: Cascade Eco Wool
Mods: I used size 10 needles, and Eco wool is not a worsted weight yarn. I would call it heavy worsted. Because of this I cast on for a size 4 and probably ended up with a size 7.
Really, it works out great. Addison can wear it this year, maybe even this fall, then Jack can wear it after that.

Oh this looks great on him! And to think, you'll get double the use out of it.

Of course he loves it - it's way cool!
Lucky you, lucky him! Congrats Mom, it is always a thrill when they actually want to wear it! lol
I love that! It's so 'handsome'. (I didn't want to say pretty.. but it is).
I'm so happy that he likes it too. That's a bonus for Mom. Good job.
You make me really want to learn to knit.
That cardigan is awesome in every way. These are the types of things that make me want to learn to knit... next year.
aw, i love that he has worn it everyday! what a brilliant pattern!
Adorable! And you know if it got the seal of approval to wear at school in public.....than it must be good ;) My five year old is just as opinionated about here clothes.
What a cool sweater! I'm so glad your little guy is wearing it...he looks awesome in it!
I bought that pattern last week because I could not get over how it looked with the gray and orange being used together and the sleeves are amazing. Yours looks fantastic, no wonder your son wants to wear it all the time. I am sure your 3 yr old will love wearing it too when he fits into it.
katie! it is SO cool! i love it.. especially in those colors!

Okay, this is one of the cutest things I've seen in the longest time. Love the sweater and totally love his expression. So great.

It is beautiful. If my mom made me a sweater like that I'd wear it to school every day, too!
So impressed. Stan
good afternoon ppl. I'm really into shoes and I was looking for that singular make. The prices for the sneakers were around 250 dollars on every site. But completely I found this area selling them as a remedy for half price. I exceptionally love these prada sneakers. I will absolutely buy those. what do you think?
Of course he loves it - it's way cool!
