Well, my regular pace anyway.
I started Pickadilly about six weeks ago. I thought I would be done in a few weeks, but I am still knitting, and knitting, and knitting.
The body is done.
I blocked it and added buttons.
I am almost there.
I have been spending every free second spring cleaning, painting bathrooms, mulching, raking, making curtains.
You know, the usual crazy nesting type of stuff.
I always get the urge this time of year.
This picture has nothing to do with this post.
I just love my chickens- and their eggs. So much.
Happy Monday~

Those eggs are amazing. The lace detail on that sweater makes it so special. I like the short sleeves too.
Beautiful lace and those eggs to die for, amazing
Pickalilly is pickalovely. I think the rustic-ish-ness of the yarn is just beautiful with the delicate lace. It's going to be worth all the knitting and knitting and knitting, to be sure.
And those eggs - picture perfect! And delicious too I bet. You are lucky.
Lovely sweater, so much work and with Spring it is never ending....our winter is shorter this year but still no Spring! Love the soft colors on the eggs, don't have to color them for Easter! :)
That sweater will be so pretty, the lace trim makes it extra special. And those eggs! Your picture looks like something out of Martha Steward.
Your Pickadilly is looking good so far! I like the eggs photos too!
The sweater looks beautiful. I know what you mean . . . I haven't been knitting as much recently either - maybe it's the warmer weather? Or maybe in my case it's the new blog addiction.
I think that your regular pace might be about 50 times faster than my regular pace. Those yarns look just perfect for that Pickalilly - I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks when it's done.
That is going to be so pretty!!! I can hardly stand it. Both the sweater body and lace trim are looking gorgeous so far. Love the short sleeves! The eggs are amazing, too. :)
Spring cleaning is so restorative this time of year. The urge is striking me big time too.
The photo of your eggs in a bowl is fabulous!
Adorable and adorable on you!
